Reservations

View reservation details and guest booking information directly from the mobile app. Access confirmation codes, property details, and reservation status while on the go.

Accessing Reservations​

Tap Reservations in the navigation drawer to view your reservation list.

Reservation List​

The reservation list displays:

  • Guest name
  • Property name
  • Check-in and check-out dates
  • Reservation status
  • Confirmation code

Filtering Reservations​

Filter your reservation view by:

  • Date range - Upcoming, current, or past reservations
  • Property - Filter by specific property
  • Status - Active, completed, cancelled

Viewing Reservation Details​

Tap a reservation to view complete details:

Guest Information​

  • Guest name and contact details
  • Number of guests
  • Special requests or notes

Property Details​

  • Property name and address
  • Unit or room information
  • Property amenities

Booking Information​

  • Confirmation code
  • Check-in date and time
  • Check-out date and time
  • Reservation status
  • Booking source (direct, Airbnb, etc.)

Financial Details​

  • Total booking value
  • Payment status
  • Deposits and balances

Contacting Guests​

From a reservation detail view:

  • Tap the phone number to call
  • Tap the email to send a message
  • Open the conversation thread to view message history

Linked Conversations​

Reservations are linked to guest conversations. From the reservation:

  • View all related messages
  • See communication history
  • Continue conversations in context

Reservation Status​

Common reservation statuses:

  • Confirmed - Booking is confirmed
  • Checked In - Guest has arrived
  • Checked Out - Guest has departed
  • Cancelled - Booking was cancelled
  • Pending - Awaiting confirmation

Use the search bar to find reservations by:

  • Guest name
  • Confirmation code
  • Property name

  • Check guest details before check-in
  • Use reservation context when messaging guests
