The Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your SendSquared account performance, displaying key metrics, growth trends, active automations, and pending tasks in one centralized location.

Overview

The Dashboard helps you:

  • Monitor revenue and soft associations
  • Track new subscriber growth
  • View conversion rates
  • Analyze contact sources
  • Monitor growth trends
  • Access active automations
  • Manage tasks

Key Metrics Cards

Revenue Tracking

The top-left card displays:

  • Soft Association Revenue: Revenue from the last 30 days
  • Campaign Revenue: Tagged amount showing revenue specifically from campaigns
  • Displayed in currency format with no decimal places

New Subscribers

The top-center card shows:

  • New Subscribers Count: Total new contacts added in the last 7 days
  • Growth Percentage: Week-over-week gain/loss percentage
    • Green tag for positive growth
    • Orange tag for negative growth
  • Click the "?" button for detailed explanation

Conversion Rate

The top-right card displays:

  • Conversion Percentage: Ratio of won leads to lost leads for the last 30 days
  • Trend Indicator: Percentage gain/loss compared to previous 30 days
    • Green tag for improvement
    • Orange tag for decline
  • Click the "?" button for detailed explanation

Contact Source Visualization

Subscriber Distribution

The left section shows a donut chart displaying:

  • Verified Real Contacts: Count of validated contacts
  • Total Subscribers: Overall contact count
  • Contact distribution by source
  • Interactive chart - click segments to filter contacts by source
  • If no contacts exist, displays import button

Source Categories

The system tracks contacts from various sources:

  • Different acquisition channels
  • Import sources
  • Form submissions
  • API integrations
  • Manual entries

Growth Chart

Contact Growth Visualization

The right section displays a bar chart showing:

  • Daily contact growth over time
  • X-axis: Dates (formatted as "MMM D")
  • Y-axis: Number of new contacts
  • Interactive time period selection

Time Period Options

Use the dropdown to select:

  • 10 Days: Default view
  • 30 Days: Monthly overview
  • 60 Days: Extended trend analysis

Active Automations

Automation Overview

The bottom-left card displays:

  • Active Count: Number of currently active automations
  • Automation List: Clickable tags for each active automation
    • Green tags for active automations
    • Click to edit automation
  • View All: Link to full automation list
  • If no automations exist, displays "Add Automation" button

Quick Access

  • Each automation tag is clickable
  • Direct navigation to automation editor
  • Visual status indication

Tasks Widget

Task Management

The bottom-right card shows:

  • Recent Tasks: Up to 5 most recent tasks
  • View All: Link to complete task list
  • Quick overview of pending work
  • Task status and details

Throughout the dashboard:

  • Click donut chart segments to filter contacts
  • Click automation tags to edit
  • Use "View all" links for detailed views
  • Access import and creation tools when needed

New Subscribers Calculation

  • Cumulative count over 7 days
  • Percentage shows week-over-week change
  • Positive percentage indicates growth

Conversion Rate Formula

  • Won Leads ÷ (Won Leads + Lost Leads) × 100
  • Calculated for most recent 30 days
  • Trend shows change from previous 30 days
  • Higher percentage indicates better performance

Revenue Attribution

  • Soft Association: Indirect revenue attribution
  • Campaign Revenue: Direct campaign results
  • 30-day rolling window
  • Updated daily
