Content Blocks (Quick Replies)

Content blocks are pre-written message templates that help you respond to common questions quickly and consistently.

Using Content Blocks

When composing a reply:

  1. Tap the content block icon (or quick reply button)
  2. Browse or search available content blocks
  3. Tap to insert the content into your message
  4. Edit the text if needed before sending
  5. Tap Send

Searching Content Blocks

If you have many content blocks, use the search bar to find the right one:

  1. Tap the content block icon
  2. Type keywords in the search field
  3. Matching content blocks appear below
  4. Tap to select and insert

Editing Before Sending

Content blocks are inserted as editable text. You can:

  • Personalize the message for the specific guest
  • Add or remove information
  • Combine multiple content blocks

Managing Content Blocks

Content blocks are created and managed in the web dashboard:

  1. Log in to SendSquared on the web
  2. Go to Global Settings → Content Blocks
  3. Create, edit, or delete content blocks
  4. Changes sync automatically to the mobile app
note

You cannot create or edit content blocks directly in the mobile app. Use the web dashboard for content block management.

Best Practices

  • Keep content blocks concise for mobile use
  • Use descriptive names so they're easy to find
  • Review and update content blocks regularly
  • Personalize messages before sending when appropriate
