Lead Statuses

Lead statuses represent stages in your sales pipeline. Moving leads through statuses helps track progress and ensures proper follow-up.

Viewing Status Options

Your available statuses are configured in the web dashboard. The mobile app displays all statuses configured for your organization.

Changing Lead Status

To update a lead's status:

  1. Open the lead profile
  2. Tap the current status indicator
  3. Select the new status from the dropdown
  4. The change saves automatically

Status Colors

Statuses may have color coding to help quickly identify pipeline stages:

  • Visual indicators appear on the lead list
  • Colors are configured in the web dashboard

Status History

Each status change is logged in the lead's activity history, showing:

  • Previous status
  • New status
  • Who made the change
  • When the change occurred

Best Practices

  • Update statuses promptly after interactions
  • Use consistent criteria for status changes across your team
  • Review leads in early stages regularly to prevent stagnation

Lead statuses are configured in the web dashboard under Settings → Lead Statuses. You cannot create or modify statuses from the mobile app.
