Loyalty System

The Loyalty System helps you grow your email and SMS lists by creating referral programs that incentivize your subscribers to share through their network. Create loyalty programs with product rewards to encourage customer engagement and list growth.

  • Configure text and email share options
  • Set up product rewards with thresholds

Creating Loyalty Programs

Accessing Loyalty Settings

Navigate to Global Settings > Loyalty Settings to manage your loyalty programs.

New Loyalty Program

  1. Click New Loyalty Program
  2. Configure the following settings:

Basic Information

  • Name: Program name for internal reference
  • Description: Brief description of the program
  • Interest: Associate with a specific interest for targeting
  • Active: Toggle to enable/disable the program

Share Options

Text Share

  • Enable text message sharing
  • Text Share Description: Brief description for SMS sharing
  • Text Share Invite: Message template for text invitations

Email Share

  • Enable email sharing functionality
  • Email Share Description: Brief description for email sharing
  • Email Share Invite: Message template for email invitations

Managing Programs

The loyalty programs list displays:

  • Program name and description
  • Active/disabled status
  • Associated interest
  • Enabled share methods (Text/Email tags)
  • Number of associated products
  • Public share page link

Each program includes:

  • View Products: Manage reward products
  • Edit: Modify program settings
  • Public Share Page: Direct link to customer-facing referral page

Product Rewards

Accessing Product Management

From the loyalty programs list, click View Products to manage reward products for a specific program.

Adding Products

  1. Click Add new Product
  2. Configure product details:

Product Information

  • Product Name: Display name for the reward
  • Product Description: Brief description of the reward
  • Product Photo: Upload product image (drag-and-drop supported)
    • Supports GIF, JPEG, PNG formats
    • Maximum 5MB file size
    • Images are displayed at 600px width

Reward Configuration

  • Threshold Amount: Number of successful referrals needed
  • Threshold Tag: Tag to apply when threshold is reached
  • Active: Enable/disable the product reward

Managing Products

The products list shows:

  • Product image thumbnail
  • Name and description
  • Required referral count
  • Associated tag
  • Edit options

Products can be:

  • Edited to update details
  • Deleted when no longer needed
  • Activated/deactivated as needed

Public Share Pages

Each loyalty program generates a unique public share page:

  • URL format: https://app-api.sendsquared.com/v1/pub/referral/[company-uuid]/[program-uuid]
  • Accessible without login
  • Displays program information
  • Provides sharing mechanisms
  • Tracks referral sources

How It Works

Customer Flow

  1. Customers access the public loyalty page
  2. They share via text or email using provided templates
  3. New contacts join through referral links
  4. System tracks successful referrals
  5. Customers earn rewards when thresholds are met
  6. Tags are automatically applied for reward fulfillment

  • Referrals are tracked through unique links
  • Each program has its own tracking
