Hard Refreshing and Flushing the Cache

Browser Support

SendSquared only supports Google Chrome. Other browsers (Firefox, Edge, Safari) are not supported and may cause unexpected behavior.

If you're experiencing display issues, seeing outdated information, or encountering unexpected behavior in SendSquared, performing a hard refresh and flushing your browser cache can often resolve these issues.

When to Use This Procedure

You may need to hard refresh and flush the cache when:

  • New features aren't appearing
  • Page elements look broken or misaligned
  • You're seeing outdated information
  • SendSquared is behaving unexpectedly
  • You've been instructed by support to clear your cache
