  • Some services are experiencing issues (with an amber warning) - Partial outage
  • Major outage in progress (with a red alert) - Significant service disruption

Service-Specific Status

The page lists individual SendSquared services with their current operational status:

Each service shows:

  • An operational status indicator (green dot for operational)

  • Past outages or degraded performance
  • Maintenance periods
  • Incident resolutions

What to Do During an Outage

If the Status Page indicates an outage or service degradation:

  1. Check for updates - The status page will be updated with new information as it becomes available
  2. Avoid repeated login attempts - This can slow recovery time
  3. Pause critical operations - Wait until services are restored before attempting important tasks
  4. Check back later - Most issues are resolved quickly

Reporting Issues Not Listed on the Status Page

If you're experiencing problems that aren't reflected on the Status Page:

  3. Include information about what you've already tried

Remember that some issues might be specific to your account or setup rather than system-wide.
