Survey System Overview

The Survey System enables you to create, send, and analyze surveys to gather feedback from your contacts. Send surveys via email, SMS link, or interactive SMS with support for multiple question types and comprehensive reporting.

What is the Survey System?

The Survey System helps you collect valuable feedback from guests and property owners throughout their journey. Whether it's a pre-arrival check-in, mid-stay wellness check, post-stay review, or owner satisfaction survey, you can create targeted surveys that provide actionable insights.

The Survey System helps you:

  • Create Surveys: Build surveys with multiple question types including NPS, ratings, multiple choice, and free text
  • Send Surveys: Distribute via email, SMS link, or interactive SMS with automated timing
  • Track Responses: Monitor completion rates and individual responses in real-time
  • Analyze Results: View detailed reports with NPS scoring, statistical analysis, and trend tracking
  • Automate Actions: Trigger workflows based on survey responses (e.g., alert managers for low scores)

Getting Started

Accessing Surveys

Navigate to Global Settings > Surveys to manage your surveys.

Quick Start

  1. Click Add New Survey to create a new survey
  2. Configure basic settings (name, delivery method, email content)
  3. Add questions using various question types
  4. Set up automation triggers based on responses
  5. Send surveys manually or via automated workflows

Question Types

The system supports five question types:

  • Yes/No - Simple binary choice questions
  • Rating (1-10) - Numeric scale with Standard or NPS analysis
  • Single Choice - Select one option from multiple choices
  • Multiple Choice - Select multiple options
  • Free Text - Open-ended text responses
