View Selector
The view selector lets you switch between different views of a conversation. Each view provides a focused perspective on a different aspect of the contact's record.
Switching Views
Tap the view selector icon in the toolbar to open the view sheet, then select a view:
Available Views
| View | Description |
|---|---|
| Timeline | Chronological view of all messages and notes |
| Tasks | Tasks associated with this contact |
| Notes | Internal notes visible only to your team |
| History | Activity log of all actions taken |
The toolbar icon changes to reflect the currently active view.
