How the Numbers Are Computed
Calls
Total count of distinct inbound calls received on each phone number during the selected date range. Only calls with direction = 'inbound' are included.
Lead Calls vs Non Lead Calls
Each inbound call is checked for an associated lead record. If the call has a lead_id, it counts as a Lead Call. If the call has no lead_id, it counts as a Non Lead Call. These two values should add up to the total Calls count.
Leads
The count of distinct leads associated with calls to that phone number. A single lead may be associated with multiple calls, so this number can be lower than Lead Calls.
Lead Won / Lead Lost
- Lead Won: Leads where
won_atis set, meaning the lead converted to a booking - Lead Lost: Leads where
lost_atis set, meaning the lead was marked as lost
Total Reservations / Revenue
- Total Reservations: Count of distinct reservations linked through the lead (lead → reservation)
- Total Revenue: Sum of
total_revenuefrom those reservations - Total Room Revenue: Sum of
room_revenuefrom those reservations
Average Duration
The average call duration (in seconds) across all inbound calls to that phone number during the selected period.
Phone Numbers With No Data
